As of 2004 we have a new assigning program, please follow the directions to register to use the site. Get on the internet , Internet explorer is recommended , go to the address bar type in http://www.assignbyweb.com/nfloa.

Click on User registration enter the number of users to be added ( most cases its 1) and click on Input New Registration after completing the information go to bottom of the page and click on Update User information . You will be notified by e-mail when you are approved . Any problems please call me.
